Compensation Program Eligibility Guidelines

• Must be a nonprofit group with volunteers 14+ years old. 
• Minimum of 10 volunteers per shift requested. 
• (1) adult must be present with the Compensation Group for every (5) volunteers under 18 years of age. 
• Must submit all names per shift registered AND waivers prior to arriving to volunteer. This must be completed one week prior to the event.
• We require the Compensation Group Coordinator to collect emergency contact information for their group of volunteers. This information must be readily available in case of an emergency.
• All group volunteers must sign-in AND sign-out. Failure to do so could result in decreased funding. Additionally, partial shifts (leaving before registered time without replacing volunteer with another) may result in reduced funding.

Donation(s) per shift:

• 1 shift = $25 donation per volunteer
• 2 shifts = $55 donation per volunteer
• 3 shifts = $85 donation per volunteer
• 4 shifts = $150 donation per volunteer

*Donations will be paid to the nonprofit organization directly (not to individuals).
