Attendee Experiences

Dozer Day® is fun for the whole family – hear it from our past attendees!

Dozer Day® is so much more than just pushing dirt around, it is a chance to touch and explore all sorts of equipment but more importantly, to meet and talk with the equipment operators. My kids, Alan and Sammy love talking to all of the volunteers and they love to share their passion with the kids. Getting to see their name on the construction sign is a moment my kids will never forget.

My youngest son has been obsessed with construction vehicles since he was about 2. We went to Dozer Day® and he always talks about it. He even stood in a total downpour refusing to leave because we didn’t bring the proper rain gear that day to ride in the rigs.

I enjoyed taking the whole family to Dozer Day® last year, especially the grandkids! Looking forward to it again this year and making it a family tradition.

Volunteer Experiences

Volunteers love spending the weekend at Dozer Day® just to see the thousands of smiles.

We’ve been volunteering as a Grant Group for about a decade. This opportunity to serve the community also allowed us to earn funds to send Scouts to camps and leadership programs in our area, around the country, and even internationally – such as sailing in the Atlantic via the BSA Sea Base Programs.

Eric Gorger

Timberline District Chair, Boy Scouts

The volunteer grant program has helped provide uniforms, supplies, and equipment for students in our Criminal Justice Program. These funds have also supported our students in being able to participate in other community volunteer programs, Skills USA Competitions, and the Mock Trial District and State Tournaments.

Tony Shaver

Instructor, Cascadia Technical Academy

Thanks to the volunteer grant program and support of Dozer Day®, the Lady Trapper basketball program has been able to support our off-season program and fall basketball leagues. Every year it is our priority to bring our entire program to volunteer and this has been a tradition for over 10 years. It is an incredible way for student-athletes to give back to their community and build long-lasting friendships while doing so.

Coach, Fort Vancouver Women's Basketball

Sponsor Experiences

Dozer Day® isn’t possible without our incredible sponsors. Hear why they keep coming back year after year!

We intend to have a longstanding relationship with Dozer Day®. The Career Fair is a great opportunity to talk to local high school students. We need people in the trades and students can choose great, lucrative careers by becoming a carpenter,  plumber, or other building professional.

Alaina Robertson

President, Taylor Morrison of Portland and Southwest Washington

We love being a part of Dozer Day® as a sponsor because we’re passionate about its mission to empower kids through hands-on experiences and education in construction and safety. Witnessing the excitement on children’s faces as they climb into the equipment and operate machinery is incredibly fulfilling for us.

Additionally, the high school career fair linked with Dozer Day® offers invaluable chances for students to discover our company and explore potential career paths, ultimately contributing to shaping the workforce of tomorrow.
