Group Volunteer Grants

Eligibility Requirements

Must be a nonprofit group or charitable cause.
A minimum of 10 volunteers per shift is requested.
(1) adult must be present with the Compensation Group for every (5) volunteers under 18 years of age.
All volunteers must be at least 14 years of age.
All volunteers between 14 and 18 years of age will require consent via a waiver signed by their parent/guardian.
Must submit all names per shift registered AND waivers prior to arriving to volunteer. This must be completed one week prior to the event.
We require the Compensation Group Coordinator to collect emergency contact information for their group of volunteers. This information must be readily available in case of an emergency.
All group volunteers must sign in and sign out. Failure to do so could result in decreased funding. Additionally, partial shifts (leaving before registered time without replacing a volunteer with another) may result in reduced funding.

Grant Amount per Shift(s) Volunteered

1 shift = $25 donation per volunteer
2 shifts = $55 donation per volunteer
3 shifts = $85 donation per volunteer
4 shifts = $150 donation per volunteer

*Donations will be paid to the nonprofit organization directly (not to individuals).

The individual signing up for their group will be designated by the Volunteer Coordinator as the Compensation Group Coordinator. As such, you will be responsible for ensuring the guidelines are followed to maximize full funding opportunities.

Shift Selection

Please let us know how many volunteers you will bring for EACH shift. All names, waivers, and emergency contacts must be submitted to the Volunteer Coordinator 7 days prior to the first day of the scheduled event.
