Refund and Returns Policy

We do not offer full refunds or exchanges of tickets between Dozer Day® locations.

We strive to provide solutions that work for both parties, such as but not limited to: exchanging current year tickets to the following year.

None of the merchandise purchased at Dozer Day® Vancouver, or online at our Official Dozer Day Merch Store, may be returned or refunded.

All proceeds from Dozer Day® Vancouver are given back to local community organizations.

Gifting of Tickets

If your tickets were gifted to you, please note they must be transferred through the Afton Tickets attendee portal.

While we will scan tickets without checking names, tickets are only valid for one entry. If your ticket barcode has already been scanned, you may be required to purchase a new ticket for entry.
